Undisciplined Normativities: UCR’s Queer and Transgender Studies in Religion Research Group
Undisciplined Normativities is a transdisciplinary collective of faculty, occasional postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students who are interested in pursuing queer and/or transgender studies in connection with the study of religion, broadly construed. We meet once a month during the academic year to discuss topics of shared interest. Membership in the research group is open to all graduate students, postdocs, lecturers, and ladder-rank faculty at UCR, and we are also building a network of affiliated scholars in Southern California. If you’re interested in joining us, please contact Melissa Wilcox at melissa.wilcox@ucr.edu.
